TikTok Feed Configuration

TikTok connects through WP Social Ninja's secure connection bridge, so there's no access code to copy and paste — just log in, approve, and you're connected.

Connect Your TikTok Account

First, go to WP Social Ninja → Platforms from your plugin dashboard, find TikTok, and click to connect your TikTok account.

Then, in the TikTok Configuration pop-up, click the Continue with TikTok button. As the pop-up says, you'll be securely redirected to authorize the connection.

Next, you'll be redirected to the TikTok login page. Log in to your account.

Then, review the requested permissions for the WP Social Ninja app and click Continue to approve them.

Finally, you'll be brought right back to WP Social Ninja with your TikTok account connected. Now add and customize your template by clicking the Add New Template button.

TikTok Feed Error

TikTok's data privacy rules require your feed source to stay connected. If a TikTok Feed source is not reconnected within 7 days, you'll receive a TikTok Feed Error Notification, and all TikTok Feed data for that connected account will be automatically deleted from your website.

The good news: because TikTok now connects through the secure bridge, WP Social Ninja refreshes your connection automatically in the background, which greatly reduces the chance of hitting this limit. If you ever do see the error, simply reconnect your account to restore your feed.
